Rosetta Holland, manager, premium seating services and retention, is responsible for managing large volumes of electronic, web-based and live informational traffic. Rosetta’s primary focus is to ensure the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks are truly “sold-out” events. Rosetta implements the highest level of customer service for the “Greatest Two Minutes in Sports”.
A key figure for guests, Rosetta is the primary contact within the Personal Seat License Membership Program. She works closely with all departments as a resource to ensure guests’ visits to the Kentucky Derby and Oaks are memorable.
With over 35 years of experience in office administration, Rosetta has worked for some of Louisville’s most high-profile companies. She has built an impressive portfolio by working in various capacities, including sales/hospitality, economic development, benefits, information technology and office/property management.
When Rosetta is not working, she also serves as Power Diva/CEO for the Power to Exhale organization, a women’s empowerment group, which is changing the D.N.A. (Demeaning Negative Attitudes) of women across the country. She plans and coordinates events for the local chapter, Exhale Louisville, which has a membership of over 5,000.
A fun fact about Rosetta: she never learned to swim, and in 2018 took an adult learn-to-swim course. She has since been featured in swim magazines and will in fact be testing for certification as a swimming instruction later this year.
Rosetta is also a 2020 Aging Like Fine Wine Model, which is a group of models who are over the age of 40.
She is the proud mother to one daughter, Holland T. Branch, and grandmother “Gigi” to two grandsons, Tristian and Dallas.
