Amy Czerwonka

Amy Czerwonka is a Louisville native with a background rooted in public health, fitness, and community engagement. She graduated from Assumption High School before attending Marian University in Indianapolis, where she spent two years on a D1 cycling scholarship. She later returned to Louisville to complete her bachelor's degree in Public Health Education at the University of Louisville.

Amy's experience includes nine years of personal fitness coaching and corporate wellness, including managing large-scale wellness programs for Wel at Humana. Her work has focused on behavior change, community health, and helping individuals and organizations build sustainable, healthy lifestyles.

In 2024, Amy created the social media account @datelistlou with her now fiancé, developing a trusted local platform that helps residents and visitors discover restaurants, activities, and experiences throughout Louisville and the surrounding region. Building on that success, she now manages social media for Louisville Tourism, where she uses her digital storytelling skills to promote the city and connect people to all Louisville has to offer.

Amy is a member of the Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL) and Junior League. In her free time, Amy loves to travel, work out, explore the outdoors, spend time with her fiancé (Aaron) and precious Min Pin Chihuahua (Polly), and try every espresso martini she can find (as long as they have the three-bean garnish!).
