Troy DeVries has had a career with Texas Roadhouse for 20 years. He is currently an Area Manager for Jaggers who's all about building great teams, keeping operations running smoothly, and creating awesome guest experiences. He's known for being handsome, supportive, and always focused on helping people grow while keeping the business moving in the right direction.

When he's not working, you'll probably find Troy on the golf course, in the kitchen trying new recipes, or spending time with his family. Golf, cooking, and family time keep him grounded and give him the balance he needs in the fastpaced restaurant world.
